There are three basic types of logging files available to help troubleshoot ePO errors:

• Agent

• Installation

• Server

You can use the information in this lesson to help troubleshoot various types of ePO issues in your environment. In addition, you will learn about tools available for ePO troubleshooting.

• Identify the three key logging types in ePO

• Identify the main types of issues associated with the three main logging types

• Troubleshoot basic issues by reviewing the identified log files for the associated issue

• Identify the main tools used to troubleshoot ePO issues
