There are two categories of ePO software installations: a new installation in an environment where no previous version of ePO software has been installed and an upgrade where you are replacing an existing version of ePO software. Before you install your ePO server software, it is important to know which method you plan to use and have a solid understanding of the corresponding workflow, requirements, and procedures.
