User Accounts

Overview

User accounts are another important user management feature and provide a means for users to access and use the ePO console. Each user account is associated with one or more permissions sets which determine rights and access to ePO.

There are two types of users:

  • Administrators with permissions to all products and features

  • Users with defined access based upon the permission set their account is assigned to

The figure below shows the User page.

Creating User Accounts

Complete the steps in the workflow below to create user accounts.

Editing, Disabling, and Deleting User Accounts

To edit a user account:

  1. Select Menu > User Management > Users to open the Users page.

  2. Select (highlight) the source under the Users column, then select Actions > Edit, Disable, or Delete.

  3. Make any necessary changes to the account and click Save.
