ePO Console

Access the ePO console using a web browser.

Design and Layout

The ePO interface uses a menu-based navigation model and includes a navigation bar. The first menu in the bar is the one used when you log in to ePO. The default is Dashboards unless you have installed Protection Workspace. By default, the navigation bar includes access to these pages: Protection Workspace (if installed), Dashboards, System Tree, Support Center, Trellix ePO - SaaS Migration, Queries & Reports, Policy Catalog, and Security Resources. It also provides a new updates/notifications icon and a User Quick Access menu to let you log off the ePO console, view online help, and get support.

Customizing the Navigation Bar

You have the flexibility to customize the navigation bar for quick access to the features and functionality you use most often. You can decide which features are displayed on the navigation bar by dragging any menu item on or off the navigation bar. The features displayed in the navigation bar are stored as user preferences, so each userโ€™s customized navigation bar displays regardless of which console they use to log on to the server.

Menu Page

Click the Menu (three line stack) icon on the navigation bar to go to the Menu page.

The Menu page provides a central launching point for all ePO pages. The Menu organizes the pages by category and includes links to the subpages for the category; for example, to manage users, go to the User Management category and then click the Users link.

As you add new managed products to your server, the associated interface pages are either added to an existing category, or a new category is added to the Menu page.
